Returns + Cancellations
Stormtech's policy for Returns and Cancellations corresponds to the type of order placed as below.
Stock Orders
Stock Orders can be cancelled up until our courier has picked up the goods from Stormtech’s warehouse.
Please contact our customer service team to check if your order has been picked up.
Made-to-Length/Custom Orders
Orders can be cancelled up until your order has been prepped, cut or folded. Please note that this time frame varies from order to order and is dependent on the order’s lead time, complexity and current capacity.
If your order has been prepped, cut or folded, Stormtech will charge a 75% cancellation fee on your order.
If your order has already completed manufacture, your order cannot be cancelled.
Shop Drawings
In the event that an order is cancelled after shop drawings are supplied for approval or review, a 25% fee will be issued upon cancellation of said order.
This fee covers the drawing and administration costs required to produce shop drawings.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for any stock orders on which the invoice date has not exceeded 6 months and the items are in the same condition that they left Stormtech. Stormtech do not accept returns for any Made to Length, Custom or orders with special finishes.
If you would like to return your goods, you will need to raise a credit claim with Stormtech’s accounts team. Once the credit claim has been accepted, you will need to organise freight of the goods back to Stormtech with the following restocking fee that applies to your situation:
- No restocking fee; you are purchasing another order with a greater value than the credited order.
- 10% restocking fee; you are purchasing another order with a lesser value than the credited order.
- 20% restocking fee; if you are not ordering again.
For cancellation of any order, please call Stormtech Customer Service before raising your cancellation to check that the order is possible to be cancelled.
